She was predeceased by : her parents, Allen Jennings and Millie Smith Jennings; her son Ronnie Brown Jr.; and her husbands, Ronnie Brown Sr. and Steven Chandler Sr..

She is survived by : her children, Steven Michael Chandler Jr. (Ashley) and Renee Booth; and her siblings, Bennie Jennings (Kathy), Susan "Joy" Jennings (Thomas) and Sherrie Hammett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
