He was predeceased by : his siblings, George, Roosevelt Drummond, Anna Harris, Sarah Todd, Lula Edwards and Iola Drummond.
He is survived by : his children, Carolyn, Harl Jr., Judy and Michael; his wife Elnora Drummond; his grandchildren, LaTanya Canty (John), Hyuri McDowell, Allarick Drummond and Kelvin Drummond; his great grandchildren, Morgan, Jalen Canty, Hyuri II, Hyori McDowell and Kaleigh Drummond; and his nieces, Sarah Drummond and Delores Drummond.
