She was predeceased by: her parents, Pearl Dover (Hill) and Ralph Charles Dover; her husband William Smith Morris; her daughter Lucille Morris Gosnell; and her siblings, Harold W. Dover, Leonard C. Dover, Annie Mae Hall, Margaret Smith and Evelyn Hill.

She is survived by: her children, Martha Morris Hudson, Alice Sherbert (Jimmy) and Bennie Morris; her son-in-law Leon Gosnell; and her sister Ruth Loftis. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; twenty-three great, great grandchildren.
