He was predeceased by: his parents, Arisoto Chavez-Gonzalez and Fernanda Trejo-Martinez; and his sister Andrea Chavez-Trejo. He is survived by: his spouse Caritina Hernandez-Rosales; his children, Karla Vanessa Chavez, Valeria Chavez-Hernandez, Odalis Chavez-Hernandez, Natalie Chavez-Hernandez and Erick Chavez-Hernandez; and his siblings, Maria Chavez-Gutierrez, Marcelina Chavez, Isidoro Chavez-Trejo, Adrian Chavez, Miguel Chavez and Ariosto Chavez.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, March 5th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Shiloh Memorial Cemetery.
