She is survived by: her husband Nathan Zavala; her sisters, Blanche Simmons Knight, Irene Simmons Yates and Marjorie Simmons Ashburner; her daughters, Natalie Zavala Hamlett (David Leslie) and Leah Zavala Taylor (Kenneth Scot); her grandchildren, Jonathan Spencer David Hoover, Kyle David Hoover, Jamie Grae Taylor and Gabrielle Scot Taylor; her great grandchild Finn Spencer Hoover; Johnathan David Hoover.
