He was predeceased by : his parents, Herman Helms and Elaine Helms; and his siblings, Thomas Helms and Shirley Hood. He is survived by : his son Josh Shine; and his siblings, Carolyn Chavis (Randy), Michael Helms (Terrie), Ronnie, Clay and Phil Helms.
