He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Clark and Mary Sonya Warthen Martin. He is survived by: his wife Lynn; his sons, Jon (Erin) and Matt (Madeline); and his brothers, Donald C., Jr., Steven W. and Michael Ray Martin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
