He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Henry Lowery and Lois Garris Lowery; his siblings, Ella Ruth Simpson, Glendora Horton, Fred Henry Lowery, Jr. (Blooper), Gladys Lowery Small, Carolyn Lowery and Joe Lowery; and his wife Shirley Lowery.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Gayle Robinson (Robbie), Glen Brown, Nick Brown and Dale Brown (Beth); his grandchildren, Scott Robinson (Haley), Nicole Robinson, Ashley Germershausen, William Brown, Patrick and Samuel Brown; and his great grandchildren, Garrett, Abbi Robinson, Colt Cumalander, Bert Germershausen and Chayton Roscow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
