He was predeceased by: his parents, Claude Euclid Phenix and Virginia Leaptrot Phenix. He is survived by: his son Matthew (Kaley); his grandchildren, Harper and Leia; and his brothers, Glen (Cheryl), Claude (Tracey) and Joe Reilly (Gayle). He is also survived by his many nieces and nephews.
