She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Owens and Anita Owens; her stepfather Richard Orf; her brothers-in-law, Barry Culler and Roger Botwin; and her parents-in-law, Vivian Rowe and John Rowe.
She is survived by: her husband Dennis Rowe; her children, Ryan, John (Hannah) and Dennis (Paige); her siblings, Kathy Botwin, Anne Culler, Edward Owens (Lilli), Susan Bradley (Thom), Jeannie Piehl (Fred) and Linda Leonardi (Dan); and her siblings-in-law, Gary Rowe and Kathy Ward. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 11:30 AM at the McAlister-Smith Funeral and Cremation (200 State St, West Columbia, SC 29169). A burial will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the St Peter's Cemetery.
