She was predeceased by: her parents, Fletcher Bell Gravitt and Mary Myrtlene McIntyre Gravitt; her significant other Andrew Lewis Powell; her sisters, Virginia Gravitt Crawford and Winifred Gravitt Benton; and her brothers-in-law, Charles Robert Crawford (Bob) and James Lewis Benton.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Powell (Tonya) of West Columbia, SC and Amaryllis "Amy" Powell of West Columbia, SC; her sister Janice Osborne (Wayne) of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Leanne Hammond (Jeff), Stacey Clifford (Walker) of Lexington, SC and Andrew Brigman (Marie) of West Columbia, SC; her great grandchildren, Lindsey Smith of Myrtle Beach, SC, Brightman Bruorton (Hannah) of Swansea, SC, Scottie Smith of Wilmington, NC and Nathaniel Brigman of West Columbia, SC; and her great great grandchild Wilson Bruorton of Swansea, SC. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
