It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ethel Ann Stanton of West Columbia, South Carolina, who passed away on May 30, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Riddle and Loma Riddle; her husband Levoid Stanton; her son Gerald Ringer, Jr.; and her stepdaughter Elizabeth Griffin.
She is survived by: her children, Ann-Marie Holland West (Ben), Steve Ringer Leesville (Beverly) and Hiram (Kendal); her stepchildren, Craig Stanton West Columbia and Barbara (Jesse); her grandchildren, Erich, Max Ringer, Steven, Paul (Jessica), Sawyer, Tanner Ringer, Ashlyn Oren (Jacob), Trip Holland (Brittney), Madison Ringer and Connor Ringer (McKella); and her sisters, Helen, Margaret Bramble Baltimore, MD (Fred), Martha Burnett and Glorious German Chester, MD (John). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Caughman-Harman Funeral Home - West Columbia Chapel (820 W Dunbar Rd, West Columbia, SC 29170). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Ebenezer Pentecostal Holiness Church (501 Church St, West Columbia, SC 29172).
