He was predeceased by: his sisters, Betty Rogers Capps and Lucy Rogers; Susan Dodson. He is survived by: his children, Dr. Eugene F. Rogers, Jr. (Derek Krueger), Greensboro and Carol Rogers Papaletsos (Margarito Asiain) of Rafina; his grandson Michael Eugene Papaletsos of Crete; his wife Elsie Rast Stuart; and his former wife Susan.
It is requested that memorials be made to the Susan Dodson Rogers Memorial Foundation at Agnes Scott College at 141 E. College Avenue, Decatur, GA 30030.
