He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest D. Shull, Sr. and Jennie Lee Cannon Shull. He is survived by: his wife Jackie (Jackie); his children, Kimberly Shull Massey (Rusty) and George Franklin Shull, Jr. (Pansy); his grandchildren, Brooks Massey (Morgan), Hannah Massey, Devin Shull (Kennedy) and Alyssa Shull; his great grandchildren, Bennett and Jack Massey; and his brothers, Ernest D. Shull, Jr. (Patsy) and Carroll W. Shull (Vivian). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
