She was predeceased by: her parents, Eugene Gleaton and Ila Salley Bolton Phillips. She is survived by: her son Eldridge "Bo" Mathis (Evelyn); and her grandsons, Steve Mathis, Richard Moak, Ronnie Moak and Randy Moak. She is also survived by three great grandchildren and one great great grandson.
