He was predeceased by: his mother Susan Poston. He is survived by: his father Rick Lewis; his stepmother Theresa Lewis; and his siblings, Lyndsay King (Andrew), Ashleigh Poston, Jameson Lewis and Kyle Raines. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
