He is survived by: his mother Jeanette Heffner Duska; his children, Tara Heffner, Todd, Shay and Bunk Heffner (Alyssa); his brothers, Ernie Heffner and Teddy Heffner; his grandchildren, Makaila, Elise, Savanna, Bella, Kade, Everett and Luca; and his girlfriend Sandra Pressley.
