She is survived by : her husband Charles Moore; her sons, Jayson Moore and Scott Moore (Cristi); her grandchildren, Seth Moore, Kaylee Moore and Abby Moore; her sister Jane Martin; her nephews, Steve Amick (Wendy), Kevin Martin and Jamie Martin; her niece Amy Martin Bovender; her great-nephew Blake Bovender; her great-niece Laney Grace Bovender; and her friends, Dorothy Fagen (Joan) and Agnes Johnson. She is also survived by her extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Susan G. Komen to help end breast cancer or to the American Diabetes Association to help find a cure.
