She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert L. Blake and Pearlie Blizzard Blake. She is survived by: her children, Robert L. Rabon and Barbara Baxter (James); her sisters, Teresa Watts, Linda Platt and Pat Sharpe; her grandchildren, Blake Baxter, Jacob Baxter (Ashlyn), Brandon Baxter (Mel), Dalton Rabon and Haley Rabon; and her great grandchildren, Blythe Baxter, Wesley Baxter and Charlotte Baxter. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Joyce, or Grannie as she was known to her grandchildren and great grandchildren, was the foundation for all the family and friends who looked for encouragement and support in any situation.
