He is survived by: his wife Paula Jean Blevins Hook; his sons, Larry Thomas Hook, Jr. (Maria Hook) and Wade Sterling Hook (Michelle Hook); his grandchildren, Wade Sterling Hook, II, Breanne Azona Hook Fowler (Matthew Fowler) and Bailey Carleen Hook Gaulden (Nicholas Gaulden); and his great grandchildren, Adam Fowler, Asher Fowler, Adelynn Fowler, Alana Fowler and Trey Richardson Hook.
