She is survived by: her husband Robert "Bobby" E. McCullough; her children, Linda Smith Bodie, Jack T. Smith, Jr. (Cindy), Robert P. McCullough (Debbie), Gwyn Willoughby (Dean) and Lynn Crawford (Shay); her grandchildren, Amber Perez (Jesus), Robbie Smith, Ricky Robison, Arianne Reep (Coy), Allison Gregory (Chance), Abigail McCullough, Shaylor Crawford and Lauren Crawford; her great grandchildren, Kelsey, Sean Pippin, Brailyn Perez and Benjamin Gregory; and her sister-in-law Reba Porter.
