He was predeceased by: his father Paul Harmon Waits. He is survived by: his mother Anita Waits; his children, Paul Austin Waits (Jordan Whitney) and Shannon Waits; his granddaughter Emma Marie Waits; his sisters, Paula Waits and Amanda Livingston; his nephew Justin Shealy; and his niece Savannah Livingston.
