He was predeceased by: his parents, Garnet Jackson Arnold and Alberta Marie Birmingham Arnold; and his siblings, Gregory Arnold and Carol Arnold. He is survived by: his wife Cathy Blake; his daughter Leianna Arnold (Bryan); his stepchildren, Amanda Henze (Niels), Eric Blake (Amanda) and Adam Blake; his grandchildren, Aurora, Anaïs, Amalie and Zack; and his sisters, Laura Threatt, Patricia Thigpen, Kathleen Arnold and Susan Marie Mullen.
