He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Kizer and Cherry Kizer; his wife Barbara "Bobbie" Kizer; his son Robert Francis Kizer; his brother Lewis Kizer; and his brother-in-law Clarence P. Hempton.
He is survived by: his daughters, Lisa McDonald (Benny) and Rachel Parnell; and his grandchildren, Hunter Parnell, Kaitlin Rogers, Bobby Leapart, Jr., Bobbie Lee Kizer, Benjamin McDonald, Christopher and Sean Judy. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
