He is survived by: his son Claude Silas Kelly (Lisa) of West Columbia; his son-in-law Joe Spires of Pelion; his grandchildren, Joey Spires, Dylan Kelly, Amy Taylor, Shawn Myers and Justin Moore; his sisters, Roxanne Cromwell of Orange Park, FL and Myrtle; his children, Lorraine Taylor, Ronald A and Kimberly Kelly Spires; and his brothers, Rhett I. Kelly and Raymond A. Kelly.
