She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Odell Dinkins and Tessie Jane Scott Dinkins; her husband Paul S. Moses; her daughters, Debbie Wells and Angie Allmond; her sister Teresa Sharpe; and her sons-in-law, Rev. James Allmond, Master and Conrad Armstrong.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cindy Armstrong of Ridgeway, SC, Paulette Moses of Columbia, SC and Paula Moses of Columbia, SC; her siblings, Oree Dinkins (Lana), Mickey Dinkins (Jeannie), Jane Weed, Garrett Dinkins and Timmy Dinkins (Phyllis); her pets, Kitty and Baby Boo; her grand-pup Tessie; her caregiver Rhonda; Izzy, Shirley, Rich, Patrick, Michelle, Mary Beth, Gina, Toni, Tammy, Christy, Kim and Rachel. She is also survived by seven grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; ten great-great-grandchildren; countless nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, August 30th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Shives Funeral Home, Trenholm Road Chapel (7600 Trenholm Rd Ext, Columbia, SC 29223). A celebration of life was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at 10:00 AM at the South Lexington Baptist Church (116 Brevard Pkwy, Lexington, SC 29073). A graveside service was held on Monday, August 31st 2026 at the Sawney's Creek Baptist Church (14605 SC-34, Ridgeway, SC 29130).
