She was predeceased by : her parents, David S. Goldberg and Freida Goldinger Goldberg; and her sister Florence Lippman. She is survived by : her husband Dr. Louis P. Ellen; her sons, Gregory D. Ellen of Columbus and Matthew L. Ellen of Las Vegas, NV; and her grandchildren, David, Carolyn, Micah and Timothy. She is also survived by 6 great-grandchildren.
