She was predeceased by: her parents, J. C. "Sapp" Porter and Thelma P. Porter; her husband Bobby Douglas; and her sisters, Gerry Berry and Bobbie Jean Lawson.
She is survived by: her sons, Rocky Douglas (Lynne) and Steven Douglas (Alice); her grandchildren, Brock Douglas and Bethany Proffitt (Ben); and her great grandchildren, Jack Douglas and Eden Proffitt. She is also survived by brother-in-law, two sisters-in-law, and numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Springdale Baptist Church's Children and Youth Ministries.
