He was predeceased by: his son Todd Hendrix; his parents, CJ Hendrix and Eunice Hendrix; and his brother Jimmy Hendrix. He is survived by: his wife Agnes Hendrix; his children, Dale Miller (Sonya) and Brad Miller (Cindy); his sister Elaine Hendrix; his niece Paula Hendrix; his grandchildren, Brannon Miller (Kaylie), Josh Miller (Nicole), Presley Kirven (Brice), Hannah Johnson (Alex) and Alex Hendrix; and his great grandchildren, Carter, Weston, Sophia, Remi and Amelia.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials may be made in his memory to his beloved church, Elmwood Church of God.
