She was predeceased by: her parents, J. T. Sanders and Lula Moore Sanders; her husband Joseph "Tom" Rowland; her sons, Randall William Rowland and Raymond Kenneth Rowland; her grandchildren, Shirley Renee King and Jeremy Bryant; and her great grandchild Thomas Daniel Rowland.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Joseph Rowland of Spartanburg, SC, John Matthew Rowland (Kay) of Westminster, SC. and Deborah Rosemarie Murphy; and her grandchildren, Christie Ann Connatser (Scott), Thomas Jason Rowland (Nikki), Stacy Marie Whittle (Jamie), John Timothy Rowland (Denise), Raymond Kenneth Rowland and Israel Lennon Rowland.
