He is survived by: his spouse Shelby Jean Hancox Butts; his children, Chet Butts of Westminster, Tammy Morton Webb (Cecil) of Charleston and Angela Butts of Westminster; his stepdaughter Tammy Brown of Toccoa, GA; his sister Margie Lee of Westminster; his grandchildren, Micki Morton Sloan (Andrew) of Summerville, Trip Morton (Anna) of Simpsonville, Cayden Webb of Charleston and William Webb of Charleston; and his great grandchildren, Hunter Morton, Naomi Morton, Brayden Sloan, McKenna Sloan and Dalton Sloan.
