He is survived by: his wife Tammy Raleigh; his children, Stephanie Raleigh Lawrence (Matt) of Greenville, Dianna Raleigh Tibbitts (Beau) of Trempealeau, Wisconsin, Arizona Raleigh Black (Stephen) of Winder, Georgia, Christopher Raleigh of Seneca and Brittany Raleigh Chappell (Shane) of Seneca; his grandson Miguel Gutierrez; his children, Claudia Gutierrez Moedjio (Lucky), Dylan Lawrence, MacKenzie Lawrence, Isabella Tibbetts, Emilie Black, Logan Tibbetts, Parker Black, Katelyn Lawrence, Bentley Chappell and Levi Chappell; and his siblings, Sheliah Raleigh of Cumberland, Kentucky, Sharon Raleigh Kennedy (David) of Cumberland, Kentucky and Phillip Raleigh (Monica) of Springfield, Missouri..
