He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Alice Taylor Wilson of West Union, SC; his parents, Frank C. Wilson and Aquilla B. Medlin Wilson; and his brothers, Roger "Pete" Wilson and Eugene "Gene" Wilson.

He is survived by: his siblings, Tommy Wilson, Jacky Wilson (Teresa) and Mary Jane Moore.
