She is survived by: her husband David Fields, II; her children, Zachery David Fields and Morgan Grace Fields; her siblings, Kenny Cantrell, James Bates, Rebecca Jones and Julie Moore; her grandsons, Camden Leigh Fields and Abel Scott Collins; and her parents-in-law, David Fields, Sr. and Terry Fields.
