She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Joe Powell, Sr. and Ressie Lee Mason Powell; and her children, Tim Dodson and Charlotte Dodson. She is survived by: her son Stanton Dodson (Allie) of Los Angeles, CA; her brothers, Jim Powell of Greenville, SC, Pete Powell of Seneca, SC, Jerry Powell of Westminster, SC, Denver Powell of Westminster, SC and Jeff Powell of Hartsville, SC; and her grandchildren, Helena and Rockwell Dodson.
