She is survived by: her significant other Salvatore Claps; her daughters, Rachel Underwood (Joe Dulac) and Melissa Underwood; her siblings, Scott Moskowitz and Bari Gulsby; and her grandchildren, Holden Dulac and Isla Dulac.
