He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest McCullough and Florence Helen Pope McCullough; and his brother Kenneth Edwards McCullough. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Matthews McCullough; his children, Michael Scott McCullough (Keisha), Todd Pierce McCullough (Willett), Samuel Leon Septembre, Katharine Virginia Wilson (Paul) and Danielle Kristin Septembre; his grandchildren, Kayla Robison (Steve), Dayna Abbett (Jackson), Jarod McCullough, Cassia McCullough, Diesel McCullough, Hadley Septembre and Grayson Septembre; and his great grandchild Alora Brown.
