He was predeceased by : his parents, Lester Sutton and Effie Williams Marcengill; and his son John Allen Marcengill. He is survived by : his spouse Shirley Swaney Marcengill of Westminster; and his daughters, Donna Lynn Crain (Glen) and Pamela Ann Bishop (Chuck). He is also survived by two sisters; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
