It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joseph H Lucas of Westminster, South Carolina, who passed away on February 27, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his wife Jeanne B. Lucas; and his parents, William Joseph Lucas and Mary Margaret Basinger. He is survived by : his close friend Paula Dodd of Fair Play; his daughter Christina Stephens Hall (Jon) of Hudson; his granddaughters, Rebekah Pottenger (Ray) and Sarah Barefield (Isaac); his great grandchildren, Piper Grace Reid and Phoebe Pottenger; and his siblings, David Lucas (Kathy), Matthew Lucas (Louise) and Julia Curtis (Tom). He is also survived by 10 nieces & nephews, and 3 great nieces & nephews.
