He is survived by: his wife Viola Whitmire Towe; his children, Logan Towe of Westminster, Kathy Frederick of Salem and Kay Zayachack of Salem; and his sister Shirley Moss of Salem. He is also survived by ten grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
