With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Madaline Simpson Martin of Westminster, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 5, 2025 at the age of 85. She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoke Harvey Simpson and Josephine James Simpson; her spouse Willie "Harold" Martin; her daughter Susan Martin; and her siblings, Harold Augustus Simpson, Harvey Hoke Simpson, Bobby Joe Simpson and Sally York.
She is survived by: her children, Edward "Eddie" Martin (Lynne) of Tamassee and Nancy Martin Copeland (Tim) of Westminster; her grandchildren, Mitch, Sena (Brandon), Evan, Gavin, Lauren (Barry) and Ashley; her great grandchildren, Jenna, Cindel, Ezra, Foster and Ashlyn; and her sister Mary Ann Simpson of Townville.
