With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phoenix Sully Harbert of Westminster, South Carolina, who passed away on August 23, 2025 at the age of 16. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his parents, David Wayne and Nicole Danielle Ramirez Harbert; his siblings, Katie Harbert (Brian Miles) of Seneca, Alexis Harbert of Seneca and Kaiden Harbert (Alana Grant) of Westminster; his siblings' children, Colby, Ryleigh, Karra and Carlee; and his grandparents, Joan Addis, Henry Ramirez (Diane Spoon), David Harbert Sr. (Charline) and Susan Turner (late Gary). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials in Phoenix's memory may be made to West Oak High School Chorus Department, 130 Warrior Lane, Westminster, SC 29693.
