He was predeceased by : his wife Kathryn Magruder Dockins; and his parents, John Howard and Sara Royster Dockins. He is survived by : his children, Jason Dockins (Tara) and Sherri Dockins Turner (Chris) of Westminster; his stepchildren, Jay Rizk (Debra) of Sandy Springs, Kathryn Rizk Morris (George) of Sandy Springs and Debbie Todd of Townville; and his siblings, Phil Lane Dockins (Freda) of Westminster, Hershal Fitzgerald of Rock Hill and Janice Rogers of Easley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren; and 1 great-grandchild.
