He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Patsy" Diane Dockins Smith; his children, Corey Smith (Danielle) of Westminster and Katie Smith Cox (Andrew) of Westminster; his siblings, James Smith of Westminster, Virginia Jones of Toccoa, Georgia and Opal Krauel of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Kayla Smith, Colten Smith, Zachary Smith and Dylan Smith.
