Cizmar (Smallwood); his children, Steve Patrick Cizmar of Westminster and Tammy Lyn Josten (Ken) of Englewood, Florida.; his grandchildren, Amber Lyn Molle (Derek), Steve Nicholas Cizmar, Olivia Marie Cizmar and Raquel Laskowski; and his great grandchild Colton Molle.
