He is survived by: his grandson Charlie R. Wells (Shelby); his great grandchildren, Colt and Caleb; his siblings, Diane Roberts, Voncile Sims, Vivian Huggins (Fred), Dennis Bowers (Stacy), Edward Bowers and Travis Bowers (Linda); and his close friend Audrey Waites.
