He was predeceased by: his parents, Bernard Alexander Beaty and Anne Hartin Minter Beaty; and his sister Patricia Ann Kimbrell. He is survived by: his sisters, Jayne Shelley (Dale) and Susan B Newell (Kirby). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
