She was predeceased by: her husband Liam Cecil Walker; her parents, Carl Padgett and Dora Padgett; and her siblings, Ruth Willis, Helen Tipton, Howard Padgett and Fay Padgett.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda Joyce Walker of Spartanburg; and her siblings, Matilda Hamrick of Shelby, NC, Elaine Dobbins (Donald) of Shelby, NC and Steve Padgett of Greenville, SC..
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the Beaver Dam Baptist Church (123 Beaver Dam Church Rd, Shelby, NC 28152). A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
