He is survived by: his brother Donly Chase (Linda) of Atlanta, GA; his children, Anna (Marc Melkerson) of Flowery Branch, GA, Tara (Kevin Kirk) of Kingsport, TN and Thomas B. Chase Jr. (Shannon) of St. Matthews, SC; and his grandchildren, Riley, Sarah, Hayley, Ashlyn, Jillian, Dayton Chase and Luke Currier. He is also survived by three great-granddaughters.
