She was predeceased by: her husband Olin Stapleton; her parents, Bill Coleman and Lula Mae Mitchell Coleman; her brother Walter Coleman; and her grandson Matt Stapleton.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert Stapleton (Cathy) of Whitmire, Michael Stapleton (Lynne) of Murrells Inlet and John Stapleton (Chera) of Union; her grandsons, Christopher R. Stapleton (Natalie), Christopher A. Stapleton (Eva) and Brandon Stapleton; and her great grandchildren, Aughtry Stapleton, Arlynn Stapleton, Cooper Stapleton, Fendley Stapleton, Karson Stapleton and Jacob Daniel.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Whitmire Cemetery Cemetery (211-219 Cemetery Dr, Whitmire, SC 29178).
